I keep track of what you need and where we're at, every step of the way. If a deadline is coming up, I'll help you stay on top of it. If we're needing something from the other side, I'll ensure we get it. 

You don't need to worry about setting up and sending documents out for signatures, chasing down missing documents, or uploading/organizing your file. I'm here for that! 

Make sure your documents are filled out correctly - to protect your clients and yourself! If something is incorrect or missing, I'll make sure it gets addressed, the right way. 

Sometimes emails get missed or lost in the abyss. Rest assured, you won't miss anything important anymore - and all parties will always know where we're at. 

You need someone who stays up-to-date on the latest changes with laws and documents. If circumstances call for an additional disclosure or addendum, you don't want anything missing.
